Fresh and lively aromas of juicy white peach and green apple bounce off the tongue. The palate is crisp and refreshing with bright citrus characters and a hint of cherry blossom. An underlying minerality balances the wine allowing for a long, lingering finish.

These grapes were harvested from selected vineyards within Marlborough’s Wairau valley at the peak of flavour development in the cool of the evening. After fermentation the parcels of fruit were carefully blended together and prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: A lovely aperitif wine to have on its own or a fabulous match with Thai and Indian cuisine.
