The 2021 Kingfisher Chardonnay grapes are sourced from the Marlborough region, famous for the production of expressive, fruit flavoured wines. The bouquet displays zesty grapefruit, peach and a hint of vanilla. The palate shows more of a savoury influence with notes of fresh pastry and roasted nuts balanced with stone fruit flavours.

This wine was cool fermented in order to retain fruit flavour and freshness. A proportion was oak fermented and underwent malolactic fermentation to help add complexity, texture and palate weight.

Food Pairing: Perfect for drinking on its own or delicious with wild mushroom risotto.
