The method Piquette originates from France, we repurpose our grape skins, resoaking them to deliver a lighter style, adding full strength wine to retain the flavour of full strength wine. Piquette is a 5% alcohol, all-natural product, relying on natural fruit flavours. With no need to remove any alcohol through industrial methods, piquette remains bright and fresh.
