Description

Dry, Strawberry, Vanilla

"Pristine and finely scented, the inviting bouquet shows cranberry, Gala apple, watermelon, and white flower aromas, followed by an elegantly flowing palate that’s juicy and vibrant. Delightfully expressed with a lengthy, mouthwatering finish. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2026

Scale_-_Dry

"Another delicious wine from the JT portfolio with flavours of yellow and red peach, citrus peel and a tropical fruit tea ideas. Crisp and dry, salivating and textured with very fine fruit tannins, lees and a backbone of acidity. Balanced and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2028" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Mar 2026

"Pale coral-pink. This beautifully crafted rosé has a complex bouquet with raspberry, cream and cranberry wrapped in savoury, smoky nuances. The palate is likewise quite serious; dry and fine-grained with long but light-weight flavours of citrus pith, rosehip, cherry stone and a deeper earthy note. There is structure here providing definition and shape to the palate. Good length of subtle spice and crisp fruit. It will benefit from being served with food and can continue to evolve more complexity in the near-term" Stephen Wong, Master of Wine, The Real Review, Apr 2026

The smell of summer in a glass: loads of ripe raspberries, strawberries, watermelon and nectarines sit alongside yummy hints of vanilla and peach melba yoghurt. This dry Rosé is packed  flavour and the delicious juicy acidity and lingering finish make this an ideal summer’s day sipper and will leave you reaching for another glass. Serve chilled.

Handcrafted for anyone who dares to be different and is all about celebrating your own individual sense of style - But without taking yourself too seriously of course.

Food Pairing: Perfect for hot weather drinking, this wine is a great match for tasty summer salads - try it with a plate of fresh tomatoes and basil drizzled with olive oil, or with a platter of cured meats and antipasti. For something a little more substantial, try it served with pulled pork buns and a tasty watermelon or pineapple salsa.
