Notes of caramelised pineapple peak in the aromatic profile amongst the classic Marlborough fresh cut limes, passionfruit and guava. The complex bouquet leads into an exquisite palate which is brimming with tropical fruits solidly underpinned with a creamy, smoky oak influence. The finish is a knife edge balancing act of ripe, sweet fruit and acidity with the echo of fine French oak. Complex and long, this Sauvignon Blanc is sure to be long lived and a rewarding cellar option for the patient.
