"It's instantly appealing on the nose showing Gala apple, fig, nectarine and white floral aromas with a hint of sweet strawberry. The palate displays elegant weight and beautifully rounded mouthfeel combined with juicy fruit flavours and refreshing acidity, finishing long and delightfully tasty. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2021

Their 2020 Rose is made in a vibrant, fruit driven style. Lashings of fresh raspberry, peach and nectarine make the wine supremely drinkable. The palate is unctuous, juicy, and dry to taste.

The 2020 growing season was one to remember for the amazing weather conditions in Marlborough. During Summer and Autum we had warm and dry conditions throughout, allowing for clean fruit and an early start to the vintage. These conditions resulted in grapes that was picked with good natural acidity relative to their sugar and flavour ripeness. 2020 will prove to be an exceptional vintage.

This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer grapes with each variety contributing unique characteristics to the final wine. Fruit was picked in the cool of the morning. The Pinot Noir grapes were left to soak on skins for 24 hours to pick up some colour before pressing. The varieties were fermented separately before the wine was blended and Estate bottled.

This wine is Certified Vegan by the NZ Vegetarian Society.
