This Rosé wine invites you to savour the carefree moments of sun-dappled afternoons. Whether enjoyed in the company of friends, beneath the shade of a swaying tree, or by the water's edge, this wine is a refreshing escape into the heart of summer's embrace. Bursting with red fruit and cherry blossom aromas, this wine has a refreshing palate of strawberries and cream with signs of fresh picked cherries. Made from predominantly Pinot Noir, the fruit for this delicate Rosé was sourced from several vineyards within the Marlborough region. Harvested once the fruit reached optimum ripeness, the grapes were transported to the winery and left on skins for minimal time, extracting soft colour and tannins. The fruit was harvested in cool stainless-steel tanks retaining fresh fruit flavours before being blended and prepared for bottling.
