This wine exhibits beautiful stonefruit aromas with a hint of spice and luscious strawberries and cream on the palate with a refreshing zesty finish. This Rosé was made with 100% merlot grapes from our vineyard. This is a dry style wine with hints of stonefruit and berry balanced with a beautiful fresh acidity. A versatile wine which can be enjoyed on its own or with many types of cuisine such as asian, mexican or the good old kiwi bbq.
100% Estate grown Merlot grapes.
Food Pairing: Our Rosé is the perfect match with a wide range of dishes but here are some of our favourites – Pulled pork tacos, roast chicken, pizza pasta dishes.
