Pale yellow in colour, a soft hop nose with a rounded firm malty character. Moderate bitterness with a trademark dry finish.

Rice is nice! Sensational in sushi and legendary in lager. This lager is so dry, sumo wrestlers drink it after a shower instead of using a towel. Fresher than tuna sashimi at the toyosu fish markets. The beer Hattori Hanzo would have drunk after a long day of being a ninja.
