- Dry style
- Vibrant guava

- Juicy & long finish
A lively aromatic palate with crisp fruit purity and naturally ripe acidity. An attractive flinty character finishing long and refreshing. A tropical fruit-bowl of vibrant guava, passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus fruits. Soft lemon gold with light green hues.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the sunny Hawke’s Bay and has delightful flavours of tropical and zesty citrus fruits. With a lively aromatic palate and a juicy long lasting finish, we love drinking this wine in the sun with a fresh Greek salad.
The 2020 vintage in New Zealand was an excellent growing season with warmer and drier weather than normal. The grapes for this wine were sourced from a number of
vineyard sites in Hawke’s Bay in the Bridge Pa sub-region. The fruit was gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast strains to enhance the aromatic characteristics of the wine. It was then bottled young to preserve the freshness and lively fruit flavours.
Food Pairing: Delightful as an aperitif, a great match with the fresh flavours of seafood & delicious with a Greek salad.
