Produced from fruit grown in vineyards in Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay, the base wine is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation via the charmat method to produce this complex, fruity Brut Rosé.

Food Pairing: Delicious as an aperitif, and very versatile for pairing with food. Perfect with a picnic, try this delightful wine with smoked salmon or a big bowl of berries.
