A very satisfying vintage for Pinot Grigio, floral and fragrant in aroma with a crisp, vibrant fruit character hinting at apple and pear. The characteristic extra depth and concentration of our Pinot Grigio stands true with the 2019 vintage. Drinking well from 6 months up to 3+ years after the vintage.

The grapes are cultivated in several hectares of vineyards across the hills in the eastern part of the Verona wine area. The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day, in order to keep the aromatic varietal freshness.

Alcoholic fermentation after pressing of the de-stemmed grapes lasts for around 20 days at a temperature between 15°C and 16°C in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks.

Food Pairing: As aperitif wine; dim-sum; spring rolls; grilled fish.
