Deep purple, with a blue/purple hue in the glass. Rich aromas of plums, raspberries, dark chocolate and blueberry jam with underlying mint and cinnamon. The dense, rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours, complimented by dark chocolate ice.
Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, our winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink.
