"Deep, ruby-red, light on the rim. The nose is gently full with forward, juicy aromas of blackcurrant, plum, sweet spice and a hint of minty note. Medium-full bodied, aromas of blackcurrant, plum and red berry enriched by nutmeg and cinnamon, closing with a touch of mint. The fruit is succulent with excellent acidity support. Smooth, grainy tannin contributes to structure. This straightforward Cabernet Sauvignon shows lush fruit and sweet spice on a structured mouthfeel. Very deep ruby. Pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, vanilla pod and sweet spice. Rich, ripe dark fruits with excellent fruit intensity and fine grained complementary tannins carried by a good length of flavour.

The 2021 vintage was farily mild, with a warm Summer and ample sunshine ensuring full, ripe fruit flavours to develop.
