Brilliant pale lemon colour. Aromas of yellow stone fruits, stony minerals and a hint of fresh sea breeze. On the palaate, tropical fruits and stony minerals balaanced with a mouthwatering acidity. Long finish, refreshing.
100% Godello harvested from 15-25 year old vines on a hillside 350m above sea level in Ribeiro, Spain. Located on the Atlaantic Spanish terroirs, this fine wine collection is an exquisite example of the potential of Spanish white wines.
Grapes were hand-picked during early moring and fermented at 14-16ºC for 16-20 days before being left for 6 months on fine lees.
