The 2023 Clay Creek Vineyards California Chardonnay consists of beautifully integrated aromas of melon, ripe pear and vanilla, highlighted by delicate hints of white flowers. Bright and balanced, this full-bodied Chardonnay displays flavors of peach, honeydew melon, pineapple and crème brulée. The taste has a lovely, complex structure and good acidity, which leads to a rich, ripe juicy finish.

The fruit for the Rosso & Bianco Chardonnay is picked based on flavor ripeness and acidity. It is then harvested in the cool of night and then delivered to the winery to be pressed into fermentation tanks. The juice is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit’s flavors and aromas. Sustainable.

Food Pairing: This technique gives the wine a lighter texture, making it food friendly and delicious when paired with shellfish, mild semi-soft cheeses, and desserts.
