Redstone Shiraz is produced from three vineyards in McLaren Vale each contributing complexity to the final blend. Single Vineyard.

1 x Viña Borgia by Borsao Organic Garnacha 2024 (Spain)

Generous aromas of dark plum and bramble fruit with gentle spicy notes. The palate is fresh and ripe with red and black berry flavours, balanced by supple, ripe tannins. 100% Garnacha, Campo de Borja (Spain). Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve fruit purity.

1 x La Vieille Ferme Rouge 2024 (France)

Pretty purple colour with shiny reflections. The nose reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruit and spices. Full of delicacy, the palate is full of freshness and well balanced, with aromas of cherries and very soft tannins, giving this wine great drinkability.

1 x Rocca delle Macie Confini Chianti DOCG 2024 (Italy)

Lively ruby red in colour with violet reflections. Fruity on the nose with aromas of ripe red fruit. Overall, a fresh and well balanced wine.

Made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo grapes grown in Tuscany.

Ruby in colour with a concentrated aroma of wild berries. The palate is smooth and well-balanced ripe red and black fruits with floral and herbal notes. Soft, rounded tannins that lend structure and a long, lingering finish.

The wine displays a bright cherry red/burgundy colour with lifted red fruit aromas. On the palate the wine is cool, round and fruity and with a nice hint of chalky tannin that keeps the wine dry and refreshing.
