Fresh and inviting, this lighter in alcohol Pinot Gris lifts with delicate floral aromas, juicy pear, and ripe stone fruit. Silky and harmonious on the palate, it carries a gentle fruit sweetness that lingers softly on the finish.

Fruit is sourced from three of New Zealand’s most celebrated wine regions — Hawke’s Bay, Marlborough, and Waipara. Marlborough fruit brings vibrant aromatics and pure varietal expression, while Waipara adds gentle richness and balance. Hawke’s Bay contributes ripe, stone fruit characters and a rounded palate, coming together in a soft, harmonious Pinot Gris with easy charm.

First, we craft premium, full‑strength New Zealand Pinot Gris. A portion of this wine is then gently de‑alcoholised using our state‑of‑the‑art spinning cone technology, carefully preserving the wine’s natural aromas and flavour profile. This portion is then reintegrated with its full-strength counterpart to produce a wine that is round, full and easy drinking. This lower alcohol Pinot Gris shines with bright aromatics, juicy pear, and ripe stone fruit flavours. A gentle sweetness balances the freshness, creating a soft, harmonious style.
