Description

Floral, Medium-dry, Strawberry

A mix of citrus, tropical, and a hint of red berry aromas. Passionfruit and lime from the Sauvignon Blanc blend beautifully with the floral notes of the Riesling. The Merlot introduces subtle hints of ripe strawberries and rose petals. The gentle 8% alcohol adds roundness and weight, creating a silky lingering finish. Juicy and refreshing, with a playful balance of fruitiness, acidity and spritz, it finishes with vibrant citrus and soft berry notes that invite another sip.

A refreshingly lighter way to enjoy wine. A pretty Rosé lifted with delicate bubbles and just 8% alc/vol, perfect for summer afternoons and social sipping. Made from our premium, New Zealand wine and a light spritz. This is Rosé elevated—the characteristics you know, lifted with effervescence.

We grow and select fruit from vineyards in Marlborough and Waipara to craft a full-strength wine, primed to have the alcohol removed. Fruit from Marlborough adds acidity to the wine, while Waipara delivers beautiful aromatics.

Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grapes from New Zealand were harvested separately at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures (14–18°C) to preserve freshness and varietal purity. Post-fermentation, the wine was aged on gross lees for several months to enhance texture before undergoing fining and stabilisation. A splash of Merlot was introduced at the blending stage, adding a delicate pink hue. The aromatics were then gently removed from a small portion, using Giesen’s spinning cone technology, before low-temperature dealcoholisation, after which the preserved aromas and the de-alcolised portion were reintegrated with it’s full strength counterpart. The wine was subtly sweetened and balanced before final filtration and bottling, with a light spritz added at bottling for a lively, playful, and refreshing finish.
