Waipara, Hawke’s Bay and Marlborough, New Zealand. Sourced from three standout cool-climate regions, this blend captures the best of each place. Waipara brings purity and lifted aromatics, Marlborough adds brightness and minerality, and a touch of Hawke’s Bay Merlot adds weight and richness.

Each parcel is harvested at optimum ripeness, then fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeasts to amplify fruit intensity. The Riesling ferments are stopped early to keep a touch of natural sweetness. A short time on lees adds softness, then the final blend is finished with a touch of merlot.
