3 x Gato Negro Rosé 2017 (Chile)

Pale pink in colour. Strong, fresh and intense flavours and aromas with fruity notes reminiscent of cranberry, strawberry, plum and cream. Refreshing and with a perfect acidity that enhances the fruit notes with a smooth fruity and long finish.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Food Pairing: Perfect with smoky meats, quiches, pork, ham and spiced food like Mexican and Thai. Great as appetizer.

3 x Gato Negro Carménère 2018 (Chile)

Ripe fruity and fresh aromas like blackberry, blueberry and blackberry blended with notable spice notes of blond tobacco and vanilla hints. Gentle, velvety wine, medium-bodied, with very soft tannins.  On the finish you get spice and coffee, a very pleasant finish.

This is a great Summer red that will be a crowd pleaser and excellent value for money.  Also a great option for those looking to transition from whites to reds.

Food Pairing: Perfect with spiced food like Mexican and Thai. Pork, duck, game meets or cheeses.
