Their name, logo and brand are thanks to a pet that originally accompanied the winemaker throughout the development of their wines. Gato Negro think he gave them luck so that today they can surprise you with their Meow-nificent flavors.
After fermentation, wine is matured in oak for 3-6 months.
Food Pairing: perfect with beef, lamb, pork, duck, game meats, pasta and cheeses.
