"Full, bright, straw-yellow with some depth, even colour throughout. Bubbles are fine and persistent. The nose is full, elegantly presented with aromas of baked apple, stonefruit and citrus, underlying pastry, almonds and yeasty-autolysis. Medium-full bodied, aromas of creamed peach, fresh and baked apple, a light tone of grapefruit interweave crème brulée, bread dough and subtle almonds aromas. The mouthfeel is creamy, adorned by elegant mousse and yeasty-autolysis details. Acidity is integrated and balanced, linger with grapefruit zest to linearity.
