"Made with 70% Syrah from the 2018 vintage - aged two years in French barriques; and 30% 2019 vintage Cabernets, Petit Verdot and Tannat - unoaked. Aromas and flavours of dark berries, rocks, chocolate, toasty oak, a hint of mint, black currant and sweet purple olive. As the wine opens up the aromas lexicon increase. Textures from both fruit and wood tannins, medium+ acidity and flavours of berries, wood, spics and and non-fruit flavours from rocks to spices seep through the palate. The 2018 Syrah was aged for 2 years in French barriques and the 2019 bordeaux blend is unoaked.
