Deep red purple colour, intense black fruit aromas combined with a hint of spice. Tannins are smooth and sweet, round and soft with persistent finish. Beautiful single vineyard wine.
Food Pairing: Perfect with a balsamic glazed venison steak or marinated beef casserole.
