The aromas are pronounced and expressive, opening with fresh red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) lifted by a touch of ripe tropical pineapple. The palate is vibrant and fruit‑driven, carrying those red‑fruit notes back through a juicy, satisfying finish.
Food Pairing: Best paired with cold meats, rice and pasta dishes. Elaborate dishes and/or wild mushrooms, quiche lorraine, veal scaloppine and grilled pork also a delightful match.
