The stone-sucking tannin and acid balance are delicious and speak of the new style emerging from Abruzzo, stylish and structured.
It is a wine that has made the history of modern Abruzzo wine-making. Today Montepulciano D’Abruzzo has emerged to the international limelight as one of the best quality red grapes in world.
After destemming, maceration in stainless steel vats for 15-20 days and soft crushing in an inert environment at 0.7 bar. Fermentation inerted stainless steel tanks temperature: 24 – 26 °C.
Food Pairing: Excellent with savored first dishes, roast meats, mature cheeses and dark chocolate.
