Ferraton Côtes-Du-Rhône Samorëns Rosé 2019 (France)

This wine displays and intense and bright rosé colour in the glass, a transparent pink. This is further enhanced through aromas of red berries, raspberries and redcurrants. The palate is a fresh and lively attack, the wine showcases a lot of freshness & roundness. A lasting touch of strawberry and raspberry with a lot of minerality on the finish.

A delicious blend of Grenache (75%), Syrah, Cinsault. The vineyards the fruit is sourced from are situated on the right bank of the Rhône. Alluvial soils: limestone, sand, pebbles and clay.

Cold settling for 24 hours. Fermentation lasts for 15 days at a temperature between 15 and 19°C.

Food Pairing: Brilliant with BBQ and grilled meats, especially a pulled smoked pork taco.
