"A calm, fruity, varietal and enticing bouquet of plums and spice, clay minerality and a gentle smoky quality from oak. A dry wine touches the palate with textures from fine tannins and moderate+ acid line. Flavours of plums and some blackberry fruits are contrasted by the structure, leading to a persistent, balanced and well made wine. Clean and bright, the nose is intense and offers sweet aromas of ripe red fruit (strawberry) and black fruit (black plum), lifted by a subtle hint of violet. On the palate, it’s youthful, fresh, and cheerful. Very fruity, echoing the same ripe red and black fruit notes. Balanced, pleasant in texture, and finishing long with a distinctly fruity aftertaste.
Food Pairing: It pairs beautifully with ham, Spanish potato omelettes, and also works well with fried fish and seafood.
