Intense aromas of green apple and sweet lime zest, with a hint of jasmine. This elegant Riesling displays bursts of limes and mandarins with an underlying minerality and acid drive on the palate. The fruit flavours give a sweet impression which finishes off dry.

The grapes were harvested from select vineyard sites predominantly in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley at the peak of flavour development in the cool of the evening.  Each parcel was fermented separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the varietal characters and freshness.

Food Pairing: A lovely aperitif wine to have on its own or a fabulous match with Cajun cuisine.
