Lifted notes of fresh pear and orange blossom with a subtle spice note. The palate is juicy and mouth filling with delicious notes of poached pear and warm pastry. The wine is beautifully textured and expressive showing excellent weight and length. Harmonious, approachable and definitely worth a second glass (or bottle!).
The grapes for this wine were grown in premium vineyards in the Wairau Valley and southern Valley subregions in Marlborough.
Food Pairing: Well matched with Thai green chicken curry or Thai fish cakes.
