Blush pink Rose with aromas of blackcurrants and crushed herbs this wine is fruit driven with a fresh and clean style. The palate is dry with a focused balance leading into a long, lingering finish.
The wine is a perfect blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec sourced from vineyards with optimum flavour intensity from across Marlborough.
After harvesting in the cool of night, the grapes are kept on skins for several hours to extract the soft pink colour and then carefully pressed off to 100% steel tanks.
Food Pairing: Drink as an aperitif at any time or pair with fish and a green salad.
