Falconhead Hawke's Bay Rosé 2022
A luscious wine with classic strawberries & cream
A luscious wine with classic strawberries & cream
Description
Cream, Dry, Strawberry
Scents of rose, plum and watermelon combined with classic strawberry and cream flavours on the palate, together with a crisp, dry finish. This wine is drinking well now but can be cellared for up to 4 years.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from two of our Hawke’s Bay vineyards – Campbell’s Brook and Tantallon.
The grapes were machine harvested and transported to our Riverview winery where they were pressed off immediately to limit colour extraction. The juice was settled then racked off for fermentation using a variety of yeasts but primarily X5. The resulting wines were transported to our Katikati winery where they were finished, fined, and bottled.
Food Pairing: Match with salads, pasta and rice dishes, fish – especially salmon.
