Description

Dry, Floral, Guava, Pineapple

"Excellent bouquet, complex and expressive, varietal with aromas of citrus and quince then tropical fruits and lemon. The bouquet also shows a floral and mineral complexity, soft herbaceous layer and mineral. Dry on the palate with a complex and texture, varietal fruit flavours and tension from acidity and super fine fruit tannins. A lovely example, balanced and well made, will age well too. Best from 2026 through 2030" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jul 2025

"A tantalising bouquet of nettle, grapefruit and wet stone with lemon blossom notes threaded through the palate and a zesty spine of acidity to entice" Decanter World Wine Awards 2025

"It’s splendidly fruited and inviting on the nose, with aromas of green apple, feijoa, and lime zest. The palate delivers excellent vibrancy and fleshy texture, well supported by bright acidity, making it lively and flavoursome with a lengthy, delectable finish. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Bright, pale straw-yellow in colour. The nose shows layered aromas of pineapple, passionfruit, guava, elderflower, and a touch of white spice. Medium-bodied with juicy, well-balanced acidity, the palate is vibrant and fresh. A subtle stony minerality adds texture and depth, leading to a long, clean finish. This Sauvignon Blanc bursts with pristine fruit, lively acid balance, and exceptional purity — a true party in the glass. Recommendation is to drink this wine within 3-4 years of vintage date so that it can be enjoyed at the peak of its freshness and vibrancy.

The grapes were machine-harvested and destemmed in the field, then gently pressed into stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures using selected yeast strains to preserve the vineyard’s natural aromatics and fresh fruit flavours.

Food Pairing: Fish and seafood are a great choice to match. Delicate flavours of these
