Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine bursts with aromas of red berries, fresh watermelon, and toffee, lifted by a delicate floral perfume and a crunchy freshness. The palate is pure summer in a glass — juicy berries and cream balanced by crisp acidity and a long, dry finish. Barrel fermentation and time on lees have added subtle mouthfeel and texture, giving the wine depth beneath its refreshing vibrancy.
