After so many years of making full bodied Pinot noir the team wanted to explore some other facets of this wonderful grape.
Larry’s daughter, christened Nina Rose, was the inspiration for this wine and its naming. After a few differences over what they should share at dinner, with Nina’s preference being Pinot Gris and Larry’s being Chardonnay a compromise was reached, and new found delights!
100% Pinot Noir from our Te Muna Rd vineyard has given us a wonderfully perfumed, strawberry aromatic wine. Left on skins for a mere 6 hours then barrel fermented in old oak a very delicate perfect blush coloured Pinot Rosé has resulted.
An ideal accompaniment to summer celebrations or dinner with your daughter.
Enjoy over the warmer months well chilled. Totally refreshing!
