This Shiraz displays a deep and intense cherry red with purple hints. The bouquet is lifted, with an intense pungent nose of rose petal and orange blossom. The palate is youthful with fresh ripe berry flavours, vanilla and spicy fruits to add complexity.

Selected premium vineyards experienced ideal growing conditions producing wines of high sugar and flavours. Cool nights providing ideal harvesting conditions.

The grapes that were picked for this wine, were from a number of vineyard blocks around the Padthaway and Coonawarra regions so harvest dates varied from the first week of March 2015 through to the third week. The fruit came from the best vineyard blocks that cropped at no more than 4 to 5 Tonne/Acre.
