"Elegant and brightly expressed, the bouquet shows nectarine, raspberry, lemon peel and subtle savoury notes, leading to a finely expressed palate that's pristine and lingering. Beautifully composed and delicately styled, offering fabulous drinking. At its best: now to 2023" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2021
"Bright, even, pale onion skin colour. The nose is expressive, elegantly presented with aromas of raspberries, pomegranate, pear, interweave fresh green herb and white floral. Medium-light bodied, the wine is smooth-flowing and elegant, beautiful floral, citrus zest and spice lead with the palate with raspberries and pomegranate. The wine is perfectly dry and harmonious with a lean fruit background; a smooth and lightly creamy mouthfeel supported by balanced acidity linger to a refreshing finish. This is an elegantly dry Provence Rosé with a soft palate and a moreish, crisp finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with prosciutto-wrapped melon over the next 2 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Nov 2021
Very pale pink, almost like fresh cotton sheets in color, quintessentially Provencal. Beautifully floral on the nose, a lot of tree blossom, fruit notes like pear and blood orange with subtle notes of fragrant potpourri. Incredible acid on this wine makes your palate come alive. More fruits come across like Bosc pear and hints of raspberry. The combination of Cinsault and Grenache gives the wine a great duo of savory and red fruit qualities to appeal to many different tastes.
Food Pairing: Great acidity and a round finish makes this a versatile wine for an aperitif and with first courses including grilled octopus, an ice-cold seafood tower, and all of the flavors of the sea.
