Elephant Hill produces handcrafted, small batch, artisinal wines from a blend of up to three sustainably farmed Hawke's Bay vineyards that each contributes a distinctive elemental character: sea, earth and stone.

The poor late summer weather of 2023 forced us to be hyper selective with our fruit, and to leave vineyard blocks to ripen late before careful harvesting. The 2023 vintage has produced fresh, bright and elegant white and Rosé wines.

98% Syrah and 2% Viongier grapes left in the press to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colours and flavours. Aged in tank 9 months without oak.
