Produced from carefully selected vineyards in Marlborough this is a lovely fresh, fragrant and juicy Sauvignon Blanc with a lifted nose of gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus with hints of nettle. The palate is light bodied and fresh with flavours of fragrant ripe grapefruit, passionfruit and an elegant mineral note. Fine acidity provides balance and supports a long lingering finish. Drink now or within the next two years.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to steamed mussels in garlic.
