A delicious candyfloss pink Rosé with a complex mixture of aromatic floral notes and spice. Beautifully rounded flavours of strawberries and raspberries and a hint of white chocolate leads to a lovely fresh dry finish that lingers.
The Edwin Fox is a Historical East Indiaman style ship built in Bengal in 1853. She is the 9th oldest ship afloat in the world today and the last surviving wooden immigrant ship to New Zealand. She now resides on the Picton foreshore at the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds.
Food Pairing: Well matched with a creamy portabella mushroom pasta.
