Many wines are not only a blend of varieties, but also from grapes grown in a variety of regions, often from different vintages. The aim it to produce a consistent style with minimal variation from year to year. This is often known as a ‘Cuvée’ (blend).

Proudly made from only the best selected South Eastern Australian wine grapes. This premium alcohol removed wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, well below the international standard for non-intoxicating, and a level similar to that found in natural fruit juices.

Food Pairing: Fresh and lively, it’s excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of foods, especially oysters, canapes, spicy cuisine and fresh fruit.
