The Echo Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is fruit driven with refreshing acidity and a lingering mineral finish. Beautiful lifted aromas of ripe passionfruit, gooseberry and white currant with an expressive palate of white stone fruit, herbaceous greens and a salty minerality. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.
The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards across Marlborough including the lower Wairau Valley renowned for its Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested upon reaching optimum flavour development and ripeness. It was then fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characters.
Food Pairing: A perfect match with Asian cuisine such as Thai green curry.
