This vibrant Pinot Noir has aromas of sun warmed ripe raspberry combined with underlying hints of dried thyme. The palate is fruit driven with flavours of ripe boysenberry, red plum and toasted spice. A beautifully balanced wine with subtle oak, fine powdered structure and a long, silky finish.

Fruit from various vineyard sites in Marlborough helps create depth and expression in this wine. Selected yeast strains were used for fermentation and the wine was hand plunged frequently throughout ferment. The wine was gently pressed off skins, then underwent 100 per cent malolactic fermentation before being blended and gently prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: Works beautifully with seared salmon and tuna.
