Lifted aromas of rockmelon and lemon curd combine with a hint of hazelnut. Medium bodied with a creamy round palate displaying crisp apple, golden peach, interlaces with subtle oak and citrus. Perfect for drinking now or with careful cellaring will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years.

This wine is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough and harvested in the coolness of the evening to maintain fresh flavours.

Some parcels of fruit were fermented in oak with a portion undergoing secondary fermentation to assist with softening the palate and adding complexity.

Food Pairing: Well matched with a creamy Parmesan Risotto.
