Lifted aromas of white nectarine and peach combine with a lifted oak spice. Medium bodied with a soft round palate displaying complex layers of fresh stone fruit, and creamy nougat.

This wine is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough and harvested in the coolness of the evening to maintain fresh flavours.

Some parcels of fruit were fermented in oak with a portion undergoing secondary fermentation to assist with softening the palate and adding complexity.

Food Pairing: Well matched wild mushroom and herb pasta.
