Lemon, Nectarine, Spice
Pale straw in appearance. The bouquet is full of stone fruit, citrus and spice notes, whilst the palate has ripe nectarine and citrus flavours complemented by a creamy texture and crisp finish.
The juice was cold settled and racked before fermentation with yeast strains. Following fermentation the wine remained on yeast lees and underwent part malolactic fermentation. After blending the wine was fined using natural methods. The wine is lightly oaked.
Food Pairing: Great when paired with sticky citrus chicken with griddled avocado & beet salad.
