Dry, Floral, Strawberry
"Pristine and elegantly lifted, the bouquet shows cranberry, crisp apple, apricot, and subtle spice aromas, followed by a lively palate that's juicy and finely textured. Splendidly supported by bright acidity, offering excellent drinking" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"This Pinot Noir Rosé is mouth-filling and dry, with lush fruit and rich floral, refreshing acidity carries a lightly earthy toned to a savoury finish" Candice Chow, Wine Chat
"Love the colour - bright, candyfloss pink. The nose bursts with ripe strawberry, dried cranberry, red grapefruit, blood orange and a lick of thyme. Dry and textural on the palate with chalky grip, showing blood orange, apricot and peach fruit wrapped in taut, mouthwatering acidity and stony freshness. Lingering sweet florals and a savoury, bone-dry finish - a grown-up Rosé for drinks on the deck and sharing plate" Sammy Wilkinson, The Wine Writer
"The bright pink 2025 vintage (****) is a lively young wine, looking good for the summer of 2025-26. Full-bodied and vibrantly fruity, it has fresh, delicate watermelon, strawberry and spice flavours, unobtrusive sweetness and a finely balanced, smooth finish" Michael Cooper
Pale blush pink with fragrant notes of watermelon, fresh strawberries, and hints of citrus blossom. Light, vibrant, and refreshingly dry, with a crisp finish that invites another sip.
After 30 years in the wine trade in the North Island, Peter Parish returned to North Canterbury, the region of his childhood home in 1995. With sheer determination and hard graft, he planted his first vineyard and launched Dunnolly Estate Wines, named after the family villa, Dunnolly. Today, daughter Nicky is the hands-on winemaker and her brother Matt, now an overseas winemaker, supports as an advisor and consultant.
Located on the East of New Zealand’s South Island, North Canterbury wines are renowned for their concentration and expressive qualities. The region’s combination of clay soils and diurnal temperature range brings purity to the fruit, producing wines which retain natural vibrancy and complexity.
2025 was another memorable vintage in North Canterbury. A long, warm autumn produced pristine fruit that was perfectly ripened. We harvested the Pinot Noir for this wine on the 11th of April.
The Pinot Noir fruit was gently harvested, pressed and drained, with only one hour of skin contact, to minimise colour extraction. A cool fermentation retained the vibrant fruit flavour and aromatics.
Food Pairing: BBQ’ed lamb chops with garlic smashed potatoes and a fresh green salad is my favourite meal to have with this wine. It is also delicious enjoyed alongside a platter of your favourite nibbly bits!
