Bright ruby colour. The nose is very aromatic with intense red fruit aromas, followed by a hint of liquorice and pepper. Palate is expressive and the wine is fleshy.
A red blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah grown in sandy light soils at the limit of the slopes of Sablet in Rhone Valley.
Grapes are destemmed and fermentation is completed over 10-15 days in concrete tanks at a temperature around 25 degrees. Note that each varietal is fermented seperately. The wine is then matured for 3 months.
