Lovely aromas of red and black fruit. Nicely balanced structure with good concentration and depth which carries through to the long finish. A classic and delicious Saint Émilion.
Sandy soil and sandstone in one parcel and gravel in the others. Manually harvested. Pruned
guyot-simple and green harvest. Cold soaked and fermented in a tank for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged 12 to 15 months in barrel (30% new).
